LEED Green Symposium, HCMC, Vietnam – meet the speakers

Tran Khanh Trung, the president of HCMC Green Architecture Club, is a well-respected and well-known architect who is passionate about green architecture and has vast knowledge in the field. He is actively promoting green initiatives and helps to raise public awareness in sustainability and green projects. Tran is a LOTUS certified green building professional as well as a lecturer for LEED basic courses at the HCMC Energy Conservation Center (ECC).

Vu Linh QuangVu Linh Quang is the vice president of HCMC Green Architecture Club and has been active in green building consulting and sustainability projects since 2008. With a background in Sustainable Design (Australia) and Architectural Technology (Denmark) and his passion for the topic, he is the ideal member of the Vietnam Green Building Council Board. Currently, he and his team are working on achieving LEED certification for Landmark 81 and the Bluescope office and LOTUS accreditation for VSIP Nghe An office and Vietnam Korea Institute of Science and Technology.

Joe AzzarelloJoe Azzarello was one of the founding members of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and has greatly contributed to the formation and development of the LEED guidelines. Through his work, he is in close contact with the customers globally consulting on the development of green building projects. His deep knowledge and expertise are mirrored by his passion for sustainability projects. Globally, he has completed numerous LEED projects that received Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum LEED Certifications levels.
