A few firsts made the Indian Art Fair 2019 even more attractive than in previous years. For the first time, the organizers worked with the graphic designer and street artist @thebigfatminimalist to design the façade of the four gallery halls. The design was inspired by the topography and the roadmaps of Delhi. The technique incorporated traditional patterns that were realized in a futuristic digital graphic style.

The performance art program that Tayeba Begum Lipi described as a ‘breath of fresh air’ was well-received in the fast-developing art scene. Visitors from India and South Asia as well as China, UK, USA, Germany, France, Switzerland, Russia, and the United Arab Emirates, enjoyed the artist talks and the launch of the Art Tactic’s 2019 South Asia Art Market Report.
