The construction of the factory started in late 2017 in Cikarang. and production is expected to start in the last quarter of 2019. It will create an opportunity for new jobs and upskilling of local labor. The Indobuild Indonesia event continued with the management team coming together to touch a big, red button to launch the entertainment part of the KOHLER Konnect launch. As soon as they pressed down, lights and music, and a group of dancers transformed the stage. The suite gave way to a celebratory atmosphere that resulted in a toast. The guest speaker Audite Matin, principal designer of AndraMatin, engaged the audience in a conversation about smart homes and the development of the concept from a passive to an active smart solution. Shortly after, Tan Lun Cheak, Director Design Studio Shanghai, introduced the listeners to the innovation of the latest bathroom technologies and assured the audience that smart bathroom solutions are now part of the smart apartment equation.
