Kitchen & Bath China, Asia’s most influential and biggest kitchen and bath trade show is going into day three on 7 June 2018. The huge exhibition of the best and latest kitchen and bathroom products and services is attracting thousands and thousands of visitors from Asia and from around the world. The 23rd edition of the show is even bigger and going stronger than in previous years. With a maximum number of visitors comprising manufacturers, developers, distributors, architects, and designers it caters to a target audience who builds and designs bathrooms and kitchens every day. The experts shed some critical eyes on the displays and compare notes from one booth to the next.
It is hard to miss the Kohler booth. This year again, we are located in W1 in a very prominent location. Apart from the main brand, there are also spaces for Jacob Delafon with the stunningly beautiful Alexis Mabille bathroom suite and KALLISTA.
Products that have first been launched in KBIS 2018 are on display and ready for close inspections of the visitors. One can get up close to Ombré PVD finish, the three Component faucets and the three handles to be combined to one’s liking, different Artist Editions sinks including Kensho and Dutchmaster Midnight Floral.
And there is a great space to learn more about our company’s history. This year it has a special focus as the company is celebrating its 145th year of existence. The interactive history wall gives some insights of the development and one of the first products – the trough – is on prominent display right off the reception area.
On Wednesday 6 June 2018, David Kohler, CEO and President, and Larry Yuen, President Kitchen & Bath Group officially launched KOHLER Konnect. The latest connected technology for bathroom and kitchen. As aptly demonstrated at the Smart Home apartment at The Bund House, KOHLER Konnect is applicable to many of the products.
After the presentation by top management, exhibition goers had a chance to explore the technology directly at the booth. Touchme mirror, Real Rain, Sensate touchless faucet and more are fully functional and wait for the voice commands.
Kohler Company is one of over 5,500 exhibitors to present their newest and most innovative products and services at Kitchen & Bath China this year. Over 100,000 visitors have a chance to learn more about sanitary ware. Whether they are decision makers or just interested persons and end consumers, the trade show has something for everyone.
The four days of exhibition is almost too short to soak it all up and decide what is the best and the most stunning item. For sure, there will be sore feet and sensory overload from all the available information, sounds, smells, impressions.
