Yang Younghoe‘s first art piece “Love” incorporates two Kohler faucets in the metal object and somewhat holding it together with urethane paint. In her view this represents Korea’s power combining economic growth and love for the universe and humankind.
The second piece is “Universe”. The art work is comprised of metal objects and urethane paint representing a traditional “hemispherical dome”. In this concept squares symbolize land and negativity and circles represent the sky and positivity. As these symbols are intertwined, the artwork merges the two universes to become inseparable.
