Our associates from the Bangkok office traveled to the Western part of Thailand on 7 October 2017 to visit the Pachee River Wildlife Sanctuary. They volunteered to afforest trees and build saltlicks for wild animals.
In addition, they also worked on a small dam or ‘weir’ to slow down water flow and conserve water in that particular area.
There are approximately 60 wildlife sanctuaries in Thailand, Pachee River Wildlife is about 120,877 acres and is located in Ratchaburi province.
